• Does NOT guarantee that your complaint will be received, read, or acted upon
• Does NOT guarantee the accuracy of city council contact information
• Is NOT responsible for the content of AI-generated letters (you must review and approve before sending)

By using Citizen Reporter, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about the issues you report
• Review and approve all AI-generated content before it is sent
• Only upload photos and videos that you have the right to share
• Not use the service for harassment, false reports, or illegal purposes
• Understand that you are the sender of the complaint, not Citizen Reporter

When you submit a complaint through our platform:

• We send the email on your behalf using your name and contact information
• The email is sent to the city council address we have on file for your location
• We cannot guarantee email delivery, as this depends on the recipient's email server
• City council email addresses are sourced from public records but may be outdated
• You may need to follow up directly with your city council for responses

Citizen Reporter is completely FREE. There are no fees, no hidden charges, and no payment required to file complaints with your city council. Our mission is to help citizens report ordinance issues to their local government at no cost.
